At Armans Fine Jewellery, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return or exchange period for all eligible non-custom pieces.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorization Number and specific shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewellery in its original display box and include all original documentation, such as GIA certificates and the sales receipt, inside a secure shipping carton.

  Insured Shipping

  Ship your package using a trackable and insured courier service to ensure the safety of your fine jewellery during transit to our boutique.

  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our master jewellers will inspect the piece to ensure it is in its original, unworn condition before processing your full refund or exchange.
